Follow the steps to check the problem out and solve it.

a) Check the wiring, make sure every connection is well connected.

b) Check the car charger light, it should be on. If not, the charger might be broken, email customer service team.

c) Check whether the screen light is on and shows logo, if not, email customer service team.

d) Check the numbers of versions shown on screen, it should be two.

e) If there is only one version on screen, re-pair your device.

If the problem persists, please contact AUTO-VOX customer service team with the information above by email.

You can check the installation place of the camera. Make sure the distance between screen and camera should be less than 5 meters. You can’t put the camera in a sealed / metal place. After that, reconnect the device and try again.

It's normal. What's displayed on the screen is the same as the image on the vehicular rearview mirror. The reversed image is safer for drivers to park the vehicles when the backup camera is installed at the rear of the vehicles.

If you need the image switch to the normal mode, please press the 'M' button to access the setting, press ▲ or ▼ to navigate to the 'Mirror/Normal' setting, then press the 'M' button to access it. Press ▲ or ▼ to choose the 'Normal' option, then press the 'OK' button again.

Please press the 'M' button to access the setting, press the ▲or▼ to navigate to the 'guideline' setting, then press the 'M' button to access it. Press ▲or ▼ to choose the 'off' option, press the 'M button again and the guidelines will be disabled.

Step 1: Press the 'M' button for about 3 seconds and you will see a blinking guideline appear on the screen.

Step 2: Press ▲ or ▼ to choose the guidelines that are suitable for your car. There are 6 different sizes of guidelines for you to choose. Press the 'M' button to confirm your option.

Please clean the lens on the camera. If this issue still exists, that means the camera may have a problem. Please send pictures to AUTO-VOX customer service team. We will figure out the problem and offer you support.

First, please follow the pairing instructions in the manual to reconnect the camera and monitor.

Second, please move the antenna closer to the monitor.

The connection between the monitor power cable and the car charger may be loose, please disconnect them, then plug the monitor power cable to the car charger connector once again.
